98 degrees in SF

it is soooo hot!!!
it's ridiculous.
you run the bath on cold and it's warm enough to step in.
i did add some ice cubes just to cool down.
i called to get a hair appointment.
no such luck.
i did manage to sew a baby blanket today. that sure did take a while.

my camera did not want to cooperate in the heat so i couldn't take clear pics of the baby blanket.



had some dim sum since there was a surprise visit from andy.
why don't i have a pic of andy? anyhoo...andy takes a pic of us...low and behold a video was taken instead...so this is our statuesque photo pose....

lots of catching up to do

this month i made a mental note to do more "me" time. took a little break from sewing. i did sew, i just wasnt attached to the sewing machine this month.

hiking. me? yea i dont like the sun too much but i realized that a little vitamin d does not hurt...

huckleberries. my bf tasted them. he said it was a waste of time. hardly any flavor? maybe better off in a whole pie?
